Time for Change

The Question of the Day- If you could go back and change one thing in your life what would it be and why?

Well,I hardly had to think of this at all and I knew the answer. I would have finished college and continued on with my original plan of becoming a NYS Trooper. That is a big regret that I have in my life. I went to college for a year and then quit. Got out on my own before I started college and went buck wild. I should have buckled down and did well in college.

The job that I have now is not at all what I wanted to do with my life. Being a Trooper would have been a fulfilling job for me. No day is ever the same. It isn't the same ole same ole like most jobs. Being able to help people, or to be right in the midst of a major incident would have been right up my alley. Not to mention the ablilty to advance in the career and the pay is great.

Oh well...what is done is done. Can't go back and change what might have been.

Take My Advice....

The question for the day is ..What advice from other people do you wish that you could take?

Hmm...I would say that people tell me not to worry so much about things. I try so hard to take that advice. I am the EXTREME worrier. I am always freaking out about something! It drives my husband nuts, my friends nuts, and to be quite honest, it drives me nuts.

I would love to have one, just one day where I wasn't worried about something. Life is too short to always be worrying about everything. I need to step back and realize that everything happens for a reason and things will usually turn out okay.

This Week is Dragging

Boy it seems like this week is dragging. I think it is the weather. Being that it is crappy one day and half way decent the next it just can't seem to make up its mind what it is going to do.

Let's see. I cleaned my stepsons room tonight. That was a friggin disaster. I swear to god if he keeps leaving things laying all over the place I am just simply throuwing them in the garbage. I cannot stand to have someone be a total slob like that. It makes me CRAZY!!

Only one more day of work and then the weekend. Thank god. It will seem good to sleep in for a couple days anyways.

Hope all is well with everyone. I am getting so tired so I am going to sign off for tonight.
